Unlike traditional ellipticals, the ProForm Cardio HIIT HL boasts a 12cm horizontal stride length and a 25cm vertical stride length, combining the benefits of both a cross trainer and a stepper into one space-saving frame. Simulating standard flat strides and steep climbs, the Cardio HIIT HL causes increased muscle activation for enhanced results. A 14kg inertia-enhanced flywheel ensures every movement is smooth and natural, with 22 levels of SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance to progress through. The multi-function handlebars let you engage specific upper body muscle groups and are coated in a soft touch material that’s comfortable and easy to grip. The ProForm Cardio HIIT HL’s 5” high contrast multi-colour display puts all the metrics you need right in front of you. Download the iFIT App to your tablet or smart device, connect to the machine, and you can enjoy a virtually unlimited selection of individualised workouts led by the world’s best trainers in the comfort of your own home.
