At Gym Corps we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers premium products at the best possible prices, which is why we will try our absolute best not to be beaten on price. If you find the same like-for-like product offered at a lower price elsewhere within 14 days of purchasing the item(s) with Gym Corps, we will refund 100% of the difference.
We have 4 methods for you to place your order – telephone, mail, in-store and online. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.
Please note: in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.
We accept the following payment cards: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo. We also accept PayPal (online only).
If you are ordering by credit card, the goods must be sent to the card holder’s registered address. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) you must telephone Gym Corps prior to ordering. You will be required to provide additional information.
In some instances, we may need to refund an order post-purchase should the order or payment not meet our internal fraud prevention checks.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased in store.
Please note: goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager’s discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel your order you must write to us at our London Head Office or send an email to sales@gymcorps.co.uk either before your order is despatched or within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Gym Corps. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Gym Corps at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Gym Corps or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Gym Corsp will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges.
All orders over £99 are delivered FREE to mainland UK addresses (exclusions apply).
Click and collect orders (including ex-display items) can not be paid for with Paypal, V12 Finance, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Please select an alternative payment method.
We instruct our delivery companies not to leave products in “safe spaces”. If you instruct the delivery company to leave the parcel in a “safe space”, e.g. via the delivery company’s website, we can not be held liable for parcels that are stolen, lost, or damaged.
In rare circumstances, deliveries, installations or service visits may be delayed due to unforeseen events; in this event, we are unable to offer monetary compensation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund – as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or an engineer to call at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us that they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect. Once the items are received back at Gym Corps, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product.
Please note: if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. If proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs. Goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager’s discretion and may be subject to a cancellation charge.

All products on our website and in our catalogues are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are using any of the products in an environment other than in a residential house, you must check to see if the product you are purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it in. For example, a product with a “home use” warranty will have no warranty whatsoever if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure as to which classification of usage you require, please ask and we will be happy to check if the chosen products are suitable. No manufacturer’s warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use, if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care. Warranties typically extend only to the original purchaser, and can not be transfered. Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; if you require clarification of the terms for particular products, we will be happy to supply these for you if not already detailed on the website.
Non UK Mainland Warranties (including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Island Regions, Europe & ROW – Rest of World)
If you live outside the UK & Ireland, it is advisable that you check whether or not the product you are wishing to purchase will have warranty outside the UK & Ireland.
When ordering from Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or Scottish Island Regions, please be aware that you may need to cover the cost of shipping/returns when we supply parts in relation to your warranty. It is also unlikely that an engineer will be able to visit these locations.
Return to Base Labour Warranty
The return to base warranty covers all parts (for the warranty period) from the date of purchase. Parts are either supplied to the customer’s UK address free of charge or used in a service centre repair. In addition we also offer a parallel “return to base” labour warranty. Under a “return to base” warranty the customer has full responsibility for returning and collecting the item from our Northampton service centre, in the unlikely event it requires an engineer to repair. However subject to location our service department may be able to quote for a “collection and return service”, should this be required.

If you are buying new electrical fitness equipment, we’ll recycle your old like-for-like equipment for free. Our head office in Northampton will accept your old equipment should you wish to make use of this scheme. The item you wish to return and recycle does not have to have been originally purchased from us, but it must be of an equivalent like-for-like type and size to the new product you are buying.
Why Recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If unrecycled electrical equipment ends up in a landfill, hazardous substances can leak and cause water contamination.

To remind you that your old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol) in your bin.

The cost of returning the WEEE item to us must be covered by the customer; we do not offer a free WEEE collection service. Customers must return the WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Your review must reflect your own first-hand experience. You are required to concentrate on relevant points about the product. It is acceptable to evaluate the purchased product’s functionality and quality.
You accept and agree that Gym Corps may remove any of the above violations from the review.
When do Gym Corps remove your review?
