Combining comfort with performance, the Spirit XBU55ENT Upright Bike is a wise home gym addition for cycling fans. Every push on the pedals is smooth, thanks to its 14kg flywheel, with 20 resistance levels ensuring every ride is as challenging as you need it to be. With a fully adjustable cushioned seat, oversized quick latch pedals and an ergonomic handlebar design, you can quickly get comfortable on the XBU55. The 10.1” touchscreen display has an intuitive user interface for easy navigation through training programs and various fitness tests. There are preloaded apps like Netflix, CNN and more, as well as built-in screen mirroring capabilities and a USB charging port for endless entertainment or motivation opportunities. There are a variety of pre-set workout programs to choose from, including Manual, Hill, fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Fusion, Target (Time, Distance, Calories), 8 Custom, 4 Heart Rate and Fitness Test (YMCA Protocol). The XBU55 also connect to some leading fitness apps like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Map My Fitness, Apple Health Kit and more via the Spirit+ App. The console is complete with the inclusion of a dedicated title and swivel tablet holder above the screen, an adjustable cooling fan, a USB charging port, direct access resistance buttons and integrated Bluetooth speakers.
