The 10.1” touchscreen display has an intuitive user interface for easy navigation through training programs and various fitness tests. There are preloaded apps like Netflix, YouTube, CNN and more, as well as built-in screen mirroring capabilities and a USB charging port for endless entertainment or motivation opportunities. There are a variety of pre-set workout programs to choose from, including Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Fusion, Target (Time, Distance, Calories), 8 Custom, 4 Heart Rate and Fitness Test (YMCA Protocol). The XBR55 also connect to some leading fitness apps, like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Map My Fitness, Apple Health Kit and more via the Spirit+ App. Completing the console is a built-in tablet holder above the screen that can tilt and swivel, direct-access resistance buttons for working your way up through 20 resistance levels, an adjustable cooling fan, a USB charging port and integrated Bluetooth speakers.
