The Powerline Squat Rack features an extremely a solid and stable 2″ x 2″ mainframe, which holds the bar safe and secure even with the heaviest of weights. Designed with bar supports which feature height adjustments from 30 to 60 inches, they are suitable for performing Flat/Incline/Decline Bench Presses, Squats, Curls, Upright Rows, Shrugs, Calf Raises, and much more.
