User-friendly, the Matrix Lifestyle Upright Cycle provides multiple grips, and ergonomic seat for comfortable rides, and self-balancing pedals to get started quicker. The seat can be easily adjusted via the turn-and-pull knob to find the ideal riding position. A brushless generator resistance system delivers 30 resistance levels (2-750 W), with large buttons on the handlebars for easy changes mid ride. The Upright cycle also boasts a water bottle holder and accessory tray to keep hydration and personal devices within easy reach. The LED console’s simple navigation means virtually anyone can step up to the machine and get going almost instantly. The large number display and message centre provides clear, easy-to-read workout feedback that keeps members on track for their goals. Every workout is a seamless and smooth experience, with convenience features like an optional RFID login, a headphone jack, USB port and a reading rack for personal devices. Workouts include Go, Manual, Interval Training, Fat Burn, Rolling Hills, Target Heart Rate, Glute Training* and Fitness Tests. *programmes subject to change.
