Recreate the feeling of a real outdoor road bike with the Endurance Upright Cycle! Adjustable with one hand, the seat can be raised or lowered to find your ideal riding position, while the racing-inspired handlebars offer elbow supports for serious, but comfortable rides. Resistance changes are simple to do on the go, with large controls on the handles right in front of you. There are 30 resistance levels to choose from, with a 2-750 W resistance range. The LED console’s simple navigation means virtually anyone can step up to the machine and get going almost instantly. The large number display and message centre provides clear, easy-to-read workout feedback that keeps members on track for their goals. Every workout is a seamless and smooth experience, with convenience features like an optional RFID login, a headphone jack, USB port and a reading rack for personal devices. Workouts include Go, Manual, Interval Training, Fat Burn, Rolling Hills, Target Heart Rate, Glute Training* and Fitness Tests. *programmes subject to change.
