With key comfort features and incredibly quiet resistance up to 20 levels, there’s no distraction so you can focus on your targets. Boasting a sleek, ergonomic step-through design with dual-grip front assist handlebar, it’s so easy to get on and off the bike. You can also fine tune the bike – with 13 adjustments for the seat, there’s an ideal position for you while the ergonomic mesh on the recliner seat keeps you cool and maximises your comfort so that you’re all set for an effective workout. GO CONSOLE FEATURES The Go Console is easy to use but highly intuitive. All your essential workout feedback including distance, speed and calories is displayed via the large LCD display and includes simple quick keys including Quick Start, Warm Up and Cool Down. For motivation or a new challenge, take your pick from 13 built-in workout programmes including 5 advanced HeartSync™ programmes and track your heart rate with the handlebar sensors or included wireless chest strap. There is also the option to create 2 user profiles allowing each user to set up their workout quickly, monitor their own progress and save one custom workout each.
