Inspired by the popular health club model, the Life Fitness G7 Cable Motion Gym and Bench is one machine that allows you to do it all. Smartly designed and with countless exercise possibilities and customisation, it’s everything you need to achieve your strength training goals. Featuring Cable Motion technology, it moves the way your body moves so it easily adjusts to your personal needs. Building your own training workouts is made very simple with the G7. Using the two dual weight stacks, you can choose to exercise one side of your body at a time or both sides together. With 20 ultra-smooth pulley adjustments on each column too, the result is the ability to perform virtually endless exercises. The Quick Lock cable end attachments ensure efficient attachment switches too, so you can train with minimal disruption. Cable motion gym includes: 2 160lb (73 kg) dual weight stacks, 1 pair of medium handles, thigh strap, straight bar, weight stack shrouds, bench, bench storage system.
