The barbell features Jordan Fitness’ unique J-lock system, which helps prevent loosening of the barbell head and minimises maintenance, whilst the black rubber finish won’t chip or damage the floor or other machines, and eliminates the “clanking” of weights during your workout. The cylindrical ‘W’ shaped bar enables the biceps, triceps and chest to be effectively isolated during exercises such as; reverse curl, spider curl, close grip press.
