It has an ECB Magnetic Brake resistance system with 50 levels, 0-100, adjustable electronically via the dial positioned just below the handlebars. The handlebars themselves offer a range of grip options, and are vertically and horizontally adjustable, as is the road-style saddle, making it easy to find the ideal riding position. The 7.0IC has interchangeable dual-sided pedals, with cages and pedal clips depending on the shows you have. A 75 x 47mm backlit LCD screen displays your resistance, cadence, heart rate (measured via Bluetooth, chest strap or similar required), time, distance, calories and speed. An integrated Bluetooth cadence sensor provides a precise measurement of your RPMs and sends real-time data to @Zone and other compatible training apps or displays. This makes it easier than ever to compare your performance to previous rides as you strive for a new personal best. The Horizon Fitness 7.0IC has a selection of workouts built-in as standard, including manual, distance, calories, weight loss and interval-based options. Or, place your tablet or smart device into the included holder and connect to a range of leading fitness apps, like Zwift and Kinomap, to really make the most of your time on the bike (tablet and app subscriptions not included). The 7.0IC also connects to the @Zone app, which lets you ride through exotic locales, train and compete against other cyclists and enjoy metric-driven studio workouts from the comfort of your own home. Extra features include an Energy Saver mode, rollerblade-style transport wheels and dual water bottle holders to help you stay on top of your hydration.
