A nifty add-on to the Body Solid SPR1000 Commercial Power Rack, the Fat Chin Up Bar offers an excellent way to stimulate more muscle activation. The 2” round bar spreads the weight over a larger area of the hand, meaning forearm extensors and flexors work evenly, avoiding imbalances. The result is increased grip strength and incredible hand, forearm, upper arm and upper body training.
