There’s no maximum speed on the Curve Treadmill either—its 160 x 48 cm deck automatically adapts to your speed, whether that’s an easy Zone 2 run or a heart-pumping interval pace. This means you can train without the distractions and confusion of manually changing your intensity mid-workout. The Curve Treadmill’s arced surface ensures a natural stride, encouraging a running and walking motion that’s biomechanically correct and reduces the chances of injury. Closer in form to road running, running on a curved treadmill requires you to push harder, in turn burning up to 30% more calories when compared to a standard motorised treadmill. With 4 levels of adjustable resistance, you’re not just limited to natural running on the Curve Treadmill. Turn the resistance all the way up, and you can quickly transition from your run, to heavy sled pushes for a workout that’s incredibly effective at building leg muscle and strength. A large LCD screen sits front and centre, providing live workout feedback on all your important stats. Seven built-in training programmes, including custom intervals, are designed to make your workouts as effective and versatile as possible. There’s even an integrated smart device shelf at the centre of the console for keeping up with your entertainment favourites while you run. Kerbside pallet delivery included.
